The Power of Prayer

HOW'S MY DRIVING? CALL 777- GOD.

How are we doing with our New Year's resolutions? What have we promised?
To Eat less, Exercise more, Spend more time with God; being Faithful, Honoring our promises to Support our church and Lift one another up?
If you've gotten off your well-intended path, it's NOT too late to start over - You see, God is the God of second chances. He knows our human weaknesses, temptations, and yes; even our indifferences.

Some of us are procrastinators (perhaps tomorrow), some rationalizers (just this once won't hurt) and others...well just don't want to!

Who are we really hurting? OURSELVES!

God has given us many blessings. No matter what we have to offer in thankfulness IS our spiritual promise made in honesty.

Might I suggest a few thoughts through prayer?

Prayer: Dear God,
You know me and love me better than anyone else-You created me to be a person of integrity, compassion, and mercy.
Help me when I stray off the path that You intended for me so that I may see Your Light shining, The Way in Truth.
Strengthen my faith in myself and others to see the goodness within and claim it.
I choose to keep my promises... even if/when I have to share.
Thank You for Your love. Even when I don't deserve it, You don't give up on me.
I want to do better and be better. Please show me how.
I invite Your Holy Spirit to be with me and guide me.
I believe in You, God.
Thank You for seeing the possibilities in me.
Amen.
